You will receive a comprehensive pack containing details of suitable properties, information about the area including pictures, realistic rental values, capital growth potential and an approximate estimate as to what work would be required to get the property to a lettable condition. With every sourcing package purchased you will receive a 25% discount on the full property management package from North East Letting. How The Process Works A member of the property sourcing team will speak with you and discuss budget, property types, locations, required & expected yields & rental valuations. Once a plan has been agreed upon our team will investigate all suitable areas and speak with agents & contacts. After the search has been completed we will supply you with our choice of properties we recommend, with our projected rental income, yield and R.O.I. per annum. We will also provide you with an estimate of the properties value after any refurbishment work is carried out (if required/necessary). We will supply interior and exterior shots of the property and if required can arrange for you to visit the properties. Once you have decided which property you would like to pursue we can then assist with mortgage options through our independent mortgage broker, we can also arrange any quotes etc for works at the property via our dedicated refurbishment specialists.
